Join us for the Wine Enthusiasts Club at the Park Avenue Club.
This is a chance to mingle and network with DaVinci Society and Park Avenue Club members & guests.
Everyone knows that seafood and chicken dishes go best with white wine and that juicy ribeye steak goes best red.
In May, the WEC will be turning the tables on this conventional wisdom. In order to do this, everyone is asked to bring a 750 ml bottle of RED wine that you feel will pair well with the menu items below. The PAC chefs have put their heads together and created this amazing all seafood menu.
no later than May 5th.
Cumin Dusted Tuna, Tzatziki and Pickled Eggplant Salad with Pomegranate and Grilled Lavash
Applewood Smoked Swordfish, Garden Tomato Salad, and Gremolata
Crisp Arctic Char, Garlic Peewee Potatoes, Sautéed Mustard Greens and Horseradish Beurre Blanc
Monkfish Osso Bucco, Chorizo and Butter Bean Stew with Spinach
Must RSVP by 5/5/18
